IKAT Warm Punch is a gently and very lightly roasted cacao from jungle-grown Trinitario and Forastero cacao on the volcanic island of Flores, Indonesia.
 
Grown among mango, nutmeg, vanilla, banana plants, and dense jungle vegetation, this living ecosystem shapes a bold cacao-forward flavor with pronounced nuttiness, low acidity, and a warm, grounding depth.
 
Fermented in banana-leaf-lined teak wood boxes, sun-dried under gentle temperature control, and roasted with great restraint at low temperatures, the cacao preserves its ceremonial character, natural strength, and valuable compounds while unfolding a smooth, comforting profile.
